The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky [book]
it is such a raw book. it comes at you strong. the imagery and the feelings that are described in the book are amazing. kinda like when you see other people who have read it, you meet their eyes and you smile a secret smile. wait for a satisfied sigh once you finish the book.

it's a great novel. (finished: January 27, 2006)

The Martian chronicles by Ray Bradbury [book]
This is supposed to be a classic, but the completely unrealistic depiction of Mars made it hard for me to swallow. Didn't get very far into it.
